FAT TO FIT

 

 

Throughout the Month of November, December I decided to put aside my health conscience meals and workouts and eat and live my life like the majority of America. I ate nothing but fast food, doughnuts, pizza, beer, and consumed an average of 8,000 calories per day. I wanted to do this to get my body into its worst shape as possible. The purpose of this was to firsthand feel what my clients feel like when they first come to me. I want to show them and you guys what a month of hard work and dedication can really do for the body.

 To start this off I went into a hydrostatic dunk tank to make sure I had the most accurate test possible. I weighed in at 190.5 lbs and 12.5% body fat. I know too some, this may seem like an already fit person. However, for my usual lifestyle and regimen, I maintain about 8% body fat.


 I have some work to do over the next 30 days , but I want to show all of you, what you can do if you really put your mind to it. 

 

Day #1 January 12th

8,000 calories per day end result, 20 LBS of FAT weighed in at 190.5 lbs and 12.5% body fat.
