As a dedicated fitness professional, Brent has more than 15 years experience training with fast, proven results. He is a TRX Pro who has created and instructed classes throughout Southern California. Teaching group classes, he has developed a unique form of teaching where he utilizes kettle bells and TRX straps to create a full body, functional workout.
His optimism and passion for fitness is expressed during his numerous treks, leading clients through various adventures such as white water rafting in Europe, snowboarding, diving, or practicing wilderness survival training in Utah. As an award winning aggressive skater, Brent has undergone extensive life coach training to better assist clients and their overall goals. He is committed to helping people improve health and quality of life through specialized modifications in diet while applying the TRX method to his routines.
